When we realize that we are going to open the car with the remote control key but the doors do not open, the key battery has probably run out and it is therefore necessary to replace it, we see below the instructions for how to proceed: first press the small button to release and extract the emergency key, then use a pointed object to pry the joint profile of the remote control cover and release it. Behind the cover there is the battery housing which can be removed by always levering with a small pointed object, then take the new battery model CR 2025 and position it, always paying attention to the direction, positioning the positive pole upwards. Finally, reattach the remote control cover and reinsert the emergency key.

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
