To replace the window switch panel on an Infiniti Q40, use a tool like a screwdriver to pry under the cover that surrounds the switch panel. This will allow you to detach the cover and access the screws that secure the panel from its bottom side.

After the screws are removed, disconnect the connector at the bottom of the switch panel so it can be completely removed. Now, connect the new switch panel to the connector, securing it in place and reinserting the cover.
