Temperature Issue on the Iveco Daily

Oil enters the cooling circuit through an internal crack; the reservoir cap is faulty; it does not regulate the pressure, causing leaks and overheating. The thermostat or temperature sensor may be faulty, worsening thermal control. Necessary interventions include a complete system clean (draining the radiator, engine, and ducts with specific products to remove residual oil) and replacing critical components - Test the water pump. The estimated cost is not low: a new intercooler/radiator costs between £425 and £510, system cleaning is no less than £170, and labour requires at least 6 hours of work.
