This guide explains how to quickly and independently replace the timing belt on an Iveco Daily. First, open the bonnet and remove the front right wheel and the wheel arch liner.

Next, loosen the pulley and the tensioner roller to remove the timing belt from its housing. Insert the new belt and tighten the pulley and tensioner roller.

Refit the wheel arch liner and the wheel, then close the bonnet to test the operation of the new timing belt.
