How to Remove the Rear Number Plate Light Bulb of a Jaguar S-Type

Before you can begin, open the rear hatch of the boot of your Jaguar S-Type to access the rear number plate light more easily. Start by unclipping and removing the outer cover of the bulb by simply unclipping the side retaining clip. This will give you access to the blown bulb. Proceed to unclip and extract it from its housing. Once you have completed this step, you can finally remove the blown bulb, and the disassembly will be complete.
