How to disassemble the rear light of the Jeep Compass 2

In order to safely remove one (or both) of the rear lights of your second generation Jeep Compass, you must follow the steps described in the following guide. First of all, make sure to park the car on a flat surface and turn it off completely, then reach the rear hood and lift it completely. Once you have done this, remove the protective caps located on the side of the light and unscrew the screws with a cross-head screwdriver or a battery-powered screwdriver. Finally, pull the light towards you and disconnect the electrical cable to complete the procedure.
