Carefully remove the old battery and replace it with a new one of the same type and model, making sure to pay attention to the correct polarity. Make sure the battery is properly positioned and that the back cover of the key is reinserted correctly. Close the key and reinsert the emergency key. Verify that the new battery works properly by using the key to open and close the car.
