How do you reset the Service light on the Jeep Commander?

Model: Jeep Commander MK 1 - Years 2005-2010
Part: Service warning light

In order to reset the Service light of the Jeep Commander, you need to insert the ignition key into the slot, so that you can turn on the instrument panel: once the panel is on, you can press the accelerator pedal three times all the way down. Once this operation is done, you can release the pedal and you will notice that the Service light has disappeared; once the procedure is completed, you can turn off and on the panel to verify that the reset has been completed correctly.
