Today we will explain how to reset the oil life percentage on a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. To perform the reset steps, you do not need to use any external equipment such as diagnostic computers. Turn on the instrument panel and press the brake pedal for a few seconds while keeping it pressed, then press the accelerator pedal three times in a row. Wait about 5 seconds before releasing both pedals and restarting the instrument panel. Once the reset is complete, the message "reset executed" will appear on the display screen. If not, the light will continue to flash, and you will need to take the vehicle to the workshop.
