How to change the oil and the corresponding filter in a 2024 Jeep Compass?

The procedure for replacing the engine oil and oil filter in the 2024 Jeep Compass is not very different from that used for other cars. As always, you need to open the front hood and unscrew the oil cap, then move underneath the car and locate the oil pan. After positioning a sufficiently large container underneath it, we can unscrew the drain plug and let the used oil flow out. In the meantime, we locate the oil filter, remove it, and install the new one. Then we close the oil pan plug, return to the front of the engine bay, and pour the new engine oil through the designated opening.
