How to Reset the Maintenance Light on a Jeep Compass

To reset the maintenance light on the Jeep Compass, insert the key and turn the instrument cluster to the "ON" position without starting the engine. Fully press the accelerator pedal three times within about 10 seconds, ensuring each press goes all the way down.

After completing the three presses, wait a few seconds while keeping the cluster on, then turn off the instrument cluster. Next, turn the cluster back on to check if the maintenance light has been reset.

If the procedure was performed correctly, the light will no longer appear on the display. If not, repeat the sequence, adhering to the specified timings and ensuring the pedal is fully pressed at each step.
