In this video we will find out how to open the key of a Jeep Compass. We will have to start by extracting the internal key: we can do this by pulling the lever shown at 0: 45 and at the same time removing the piece. Now we will have to insert a flat head screwdriver in the space above the slot left free by the key just extracted. We make a slight pressure and the two pieces of the battery shell will be separated: if necessary we use the screwdriver all around the key to separate the pieces correctly. At this point the key will be open and we can, if necessary, replace the CR2032 battery by inserting it in the special support and closing the two pieces with a slight pressure.
