To access the spare tire on the Jeep Gladiator, lift the rear seat cushion to reach the components underneath. Here, you will find the spare tire replacement kit, which you will need to remove the spare tire from its housing: insert the key from the kit into the hole located above the rear bumper and unscrew the bolt inside. By unscrewing this bolt, the spare tire will lower from the vehicle's lower floor and can be used to replace one of the vehicle's tires.
