Instructions for Removing Door Panel

Model: Jeep Cherokee KJ, MK 3 - Years 2002-2007

Start by removing the screw covers and the screws themselves near the external rearview mirror, inside the opening handle, and in the armrest storage compartment; then pry along the edges to release the clips without damaging them and slightly pull the panel away from its position, disconnecting the lock rod and connectors. If any of the clips remain stuck in the door holes, they must be removed and reattached to the panel before reassembling. If you need to replace the window regulator mechanism, simply unscrew the relevant fixing pins while loosening the clips securing the glass.
