In this video, we can see how to replace the air filter in a Jeep Cherokee. For this simple operation, you will need a cross-head screwdriver.

After obtaining the correct replacement part, open the bonnet and separate the intake manifold from the filter box by loosening the metal clamp screw. Next, unscrew the 4 screws located at the corners of the box and lift the top part.

At this point, after cleaning the interior thoroughly, insert the replacement filter in the correct orientation and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.

Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
