How to Remove the Engine Air Filter on a Jeep Cherokee

Model: Jeep Cherokee KJ, MK 3 - Years 2002-2007

Follow these steps to remove the engine air filter on a Jeep Cherokee: open the car door, pull up the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, and lift the front bonnet. Secure it with the prop. Open the ventilation kit (undo the securing screws of the clips), remove the panel of the filter box, and take out the worn air filter. Insert a new filter into the designated housing (ensuring it fits snugly against the walls). Finally, refit the panel of the air box and tighten the screws. Close the front bonnet after maintenance.
