Jeep Cherokee - Video tutorial
Model: Jeep Cherokee
MK 2, XJ
- Years 1984-2001 In this video tutorial we can see how it is possible to replace the steering wheel in a Jeep Cherokee: the first thing to do is to prepare all the material needed to carry out the job: a 3/8 radius ratchet wrench; one extension, one 16 mm socket and one 39/16 mm; another 7/8 socket; an 8 mm extension; a steering wheel puller. To disassemble the old steering wheel we use an extension wrench with an 8 mm nut; next step we have to take out the two screws. Now we have to remove the airbag to which two cables are connected, which we have to disconnect. With the ratchet wrench with 16 mm insert we unscrew the central nut of the steering wheel; now we use the extractor to remove the two steering wheel screws. At this point we have to assemble the new steering wheel by proceeding backwards.

How to reset the service in the Opel Antara? As we can see in this tutorial, resetting the service in the Opel Antara is an extremely simple and fast operation. Before proceeding, of course, we must have completed all the planned maintenance work. We start by inserting the key but leaving it in the initial position, after which we keep the accelerator pedal fully depressed and at the same time turn on the instrument panel, not the engine. At this point, we release the accelerator and press it 3 consecutive times, always all the way. We then restart the panel to verify that the procedure has been carried out correctly. by ScegliAuto More videos
