The first thing to check is certainly the brake switch protection fuse: if it has blown and continues to blow while replacing it, then there is a probable short circuit; then start by removing the rear lights to isolate that part of the system; if the problem persists, check the wiring of the power socket of the brake switch and finally the switch itself, checking its operation with a tester. If everything is working, examine in detail the entire wiring diagram because it is likely that the fault lies in the wireless system of the ignition lock: this is a defect recognized by the parent company on many Jeep-Dodge-Chrysler models and that It was resolved free of charge even after the warranty expired.
