Replacing the Timing Belt on the Jeep Wrangler

In this video, you will see where the timing belt is located on the Jeep Wrangler; unfortunately, accessing it requires removing the air condenser, the fan, the auxiliary belt, the radiator, and other mechanical parts that obstruct access to the area of interest. In short, it is quite a complex job. At the end of the belt, you will see the crankshaft transmitting motion, next to it is the diesel pump, the water pump (which must be replaced along with the tensioner and bearings), and the camshaft. Replacing the tensioner is not straightforward and must be adjusted very carefully when you put everything back in phase.
