How to Replace the Radiator on a Jeep Wrangler

Model: Jeep Wrangler MK 3, JK - Years 2007-2018

Before you begin, open the bonnet of your Jeep Wrangler. Start by removing the front grille by unclipping it and unscrewing the fixing screws, then disconnect the relevant electrical connectors. Next, drain the cooling system, then remove the air filter housing along with its hoses. After that, unscrew and remove the bolts securing the radiator to the frame, then extract it from its housing, completing the disassembly. To install the new radiator and reassemble everything, follow these steps in reverse, and you will have completed the replacement.
