Replacement of the battery of the Jeep Grand Cherokee key remote

This short procedure will show us how to replace the battery of the key fob for the Jeep Grand Cherokee. First, take your key fob and start by removing the physical key from inside the button; then use something thin to pry open the fob, accessing the battery and circuit board, as shown in the video. Next, remove and replace the battery with a new one of the correct type (in this case a CR 2032 3V); insert it in the correct direction and finally reattach the two halves, checking the functionality of the key fob!
