Today's necessary procedure will show us how to disassemble and replace the battery of the Kia Sorento key remote. First, let's take our remote and start by removing the physical key from inside it; then we pry open the remote using the slot created to split it in two, accessing the electronic board and the battery, as shown in the video. At this point, we remove and replace the battery with a new one, of the correct type and with the same code; insert it in the correct direction and reassemble the remote shell, following the reverse procedure.
