How to change the battery of a Kia car key

In this video, we can see how to change the battery of a Kia car key: first, we press the metal button on the remote control. By doing this, we extract the safety key that is inside, which allows us to open the car from the driver's side if needed. Then, in the space we have created, using a small screwdriver, we separate the two halves of the remote control body, being careful with the two chrome parts that could come off. We pry under the battery (a common CR2032) with a small screwdriver, which is held in place by a metal tab, and proceed with the replacement. We reposition the part of the remote control that we had removed, press to secure it, and then put the emergency key back in its place.
