In this video we can see the location and diagram of the fuse boxes of the Kia Sportage MK4: as for the passenger compartment, the box is located on the left side at the bottom of the dashboard, relative to the steering wheel (for left-hand drive) or on the right side of the dashboard, relative to the steering wheel (for right-hand drive).

In any case, in this box you will find the fuse for the power outlet.

Inside the engine compartment, we find a fuse box located at the top right relative to the starter battery; here we find two other fuses related to the power outlets: "power outlet 1" for the front power socket and "power outlet 2", rear power socket.

Positioned physically above the battery, at the positive pole, we find the main fuses.
