How do you replace the gear knob in a Kia Carens series 3 RP?

Model: Kia Carens MK 3 - Years 2013-2019

Don't worry because replacing the gear shift knob is easier than you think. Put the car in neutral and turn off the engine for safety. Then firmly grip the old knob and try to unscrew it counterclockwise. If it resists, there may be a clip or screw at the base, check and remove it with a small screwdriver. Once the old knob is removed, take the new knob and screw it firmly, making sure it is securely in place. If necessary, reapply any screws or clips. Give it a test by moving the gear shift to see if it is stable. If you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, contact a professional workshop.
