To reset the service light on a Kia Seltos, get inside the vehicle and turn on the ignition without starting the engine. Use the buttons on the steering wheel to access the "Vehicle Settings" or "User Settings" menu.

Navigate to the maintenance section or "Service Interval". When the service interval screen appears, select the reset option and confirm by holding the "OK" button or pressing "Reset" on the display. After confirmation, the maintenance alert will be cleared.

Finally, turn off and restart the ignition to verify that the service light has been successfully reset.
