How to Reset the Service Light in a Kia Carens

Model: Kia Carens MK 3 - Years 2013-2019

To reset the service light on a Kia Carens, turn on the ignition without starting the engine. Use the controls on the steering wheel to scroll through the instrument cluster screens and reach the User Settings menu. Then, enter the Service Interval section, where the remaining kilometres and days until maintenance are displayed. Select the option to reset the interval and hold down the OK button for a few seconds until the confirmation request appears. Confirm the reset by pressing OK again. The system will reset the maintenance interval, and the service warning will be cleared. Turn off the ignition, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on to ensure the warning does not reappear on the display.
