How to Remove the Front Headlight Bulbs on Kia Cee'd

Model: Kia Cee D MK 1 - Years 2006-2012

Replace the front headlight bulbs on a Kia Cee'd if they are blown or if you want to change type. Open the front bonnet by pulling the lever located at the bottom right of the dashboard, and secure it with the prop rod. Unscrew the coolant reservoir with a socket wrench. Locate the inspection cap of the headlight (located at the back of the headlight) and remove it. At this point, you will find the bulbs with metal clips; pull out the bulb holders from the headlight and extract the damaged bulbs with the help of a screwdriver. Fit the new bulbs (always the correct type and size) and insert the bulb holder back into the headlight housing. Reattach the reservoir after replacement.
