Kia Sportage - Video tutorial
Model: Kia Sportage
KM, MK 2
- Years 2004-2010 Before we can begin, we will have to go and open the front hood of our Kia Sportage. So let's start by releasing and moving the metal clamps fixing the sleeves placed around the exhaust manifold. Next, we will have to disassemble and remove the exhaust manifold itself, unscrewing the fixing bolts, and we will have reached the EGR valve. We then proceed by unscrewing and removing the bolts that secure the EGR valve to the engine block, and finally we will have to disconnect the electrical plug. At this point, we will have to remove the EGR valve itself, and the disassembly will be completed.
