Kia Sportage - Video tutorial
Model: Kia Sportage
KM, MK 2
- Years 2004-2010 In this video we will see how to remove and replace the EGR valve on the second series Kia Sportage, with 2.0 CRDI 16 valve engine. First of all, we open the bonnet and remove the upper protection; then let's find the EGR valve, which we find on the rear of the engine. At this point we disconnect the exhaust manifold pipe from the valve, unscrewing the fixing nuts; we remove the manifold pipes and unscrew the screws of the EGR valve to remove it, disconnecting the electrical connector of the sensor. At this point, proceed with cleaning the valve or directly with replacement.
