Kia Sportage - Video tutorial
Model: Kia Sportage
MK 3, SL
- Years 2010-2016 Today we will discover the steps to disassemble and replace the EGR valve of the Kia Sportage CRDI, as well as the Hyundai Tucson. We lift the hood of the car and begin to disconnect and remove the battery, disconnecting the clamps and then the bracket screw that we find at the bottom; we then remove the intake hose connected to the air filter box, as shown in the video. At this point, we disconnect the EGR valve duct, unscrewing the fixing screws and disconnecting the electrical connector to remove and replace it with a new one (or cleaning it if it is enough to restore its operation).
