To replace the EGR valve on a Kia Sportage, open the bonnet to access the components in the engine bay. On the right side of the bay, locate the air filter, which must be removed along with the duct. You will then find the EGR valve situated between the exhaust manifold and the duct.

By loosening the screws and disconnecting the cables and connectors, you can remove the old valve and install the new one, ensuring everything functions properly.
