To replace the remote battery of the Kia Niro, press and hold the side button of the remote and pull the key out from the top. This will allow you to pry inside its housing and open the two halves of the remote to access the battery. Remove the battery from its housing using a lever tool. Once the old battery is removed, replace it with a new spare part. Finally, after the replacement, reassemble all parts and insert the key back into its housing.
