In order to replace the window regulator of the Kia Sorento you have to remove the door panel by unscrewing the special fixing screws. The screws that secure the panel are located on the side of the panel itself and near the window control panel. By detaching the panel and removing the internal connectors, it will be possible to access the window regulator: this can be removed from its housing by loosening the screws that secure it and extracting it from the door holes. After removal, you will be able to install a new one and re-attach the panel.
