Engine Oil and Filter Replacement

Model: Kia Picanto 2A, MK 1 - Years 2004-2011

Position a container directly under the oil sump and unscrew the drain plug located at the rear; once the draining is complete, screw the plug back in; the oil filter is located in front of the oil sump, just below the exhaust manifold: use a metal strap or chain wrench to unscrew it; coat the gasket of the new filter with clean oil and screw it on without exceeding the torque specification. Finally, fill the engine with clean oil until reaching the maximum level. After a few miles, recheck the level to ensure there are no abnormal consumptions.
