Oil Change on Kia Picanto

Model: Kia Picanto 2A, MK 1 - Years 2004-2011

Let's look at the oil change for a Kia Picanto and the filter replacement. Lift the car with a jack, then locate the oil drain plug. Unscrew the bolt located under the oil sump with a socket wrench as shown in the video. Once the bolt is unscrewed, let the oil drain into a container. Prepare to re-screw the bolt under the oil sump with the wrench. Unscrew the oil filter located at the top of the oil sump with a chain wrench (replace the worn filter with a new one of the same type). Finally, top up the engine with the new oil recommended by the car manufacturer.
