In this video, you will see how to top up the coolant on a Kia Niro: the reservoir is located in the engine compartment between the engine block and the fuse box. You will need a funnel for easy topping up, and remember that the cap unscrews counter-clockwise.

The liquid needed for topping up is Kia's "EV Battery System Antifreeze", but a good red antifreeze like Bardahl Antifreeze OA will also work, which you can purchase at a better price on Amazon with code B07JC66FF3 for £11.90 for a one-litre bottle, with free delivery.

Ensure the liquid is between "Min" and "Max" and screw the cap back on. Perform this task with the engine cold.
