Replacing the rear shock absorbers on this model of car is done very quickly as you work directly from the wheel arch without needing to access the boot. Therefore, lift the vehicle on the ramp, remove the rear wheel, place a jack under the suspension, and unscrew the lower bolt that secures the shock absorber to the suspension mount.

Then proceed to remove the upper plate to completely detach the shock absorber, from which the plate must be removed and fitted onto the new one. Then reverse the process to install it back onto the vehicle.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
