In this video, we see a very worn Kia Rio remote, and how to restore it by changing the power battery; first, open it using the tip of a small screwdriver; this will remove the back cover, where the battery is located, a common CR23032 that can be easily found in any supermarket for a few pounds. Remove all the damaged parts of the remote with your small screwdriver, then clean it well from any residue. In the meantime, obtain replacement buttons, which can be found, for example, on AliExpress with code 1005004670003185 for €0.17 (free delivery). Simply position the new cover, and you're done.
