If any devices in your KIA Sportage have suddenly stopped working, you should first check the status of the relevant fuses, the diagrams for which are indicated in this video. The first fuse box is located inside the cabin, specifically behind the left side panel of the dashboard on the driver's side.

The second fuse box is located in the engine compartment, protected by the black plastic cover next to the battery. In case of a blown fuse, ensure you use a replacement with equivalent specifications and operate with the vehicle turned off.
