To disassemble the radio integrated into the center console on this model of car, you have to start by unhooking and removing the molding placed right in the center of the dashboard and which covers it for its entire length; once the molding has been removed, the first two fixing screws are immediately visible above the car radio; at this point, open the ashtray and remove the relative fixing screws to be able to extract it from its seat and then access the other two fixing screws of the center console frame which can be unhooked along the sides and removed complete with radio and climate control controls.

How do you replace the battery of the BMW R 1250 GS?

In order to replace the battery of the BMW R 1250 GS it is necessary to loosen the bolts that secure the casing positioned on the left side of the bike, so that its cover can be removed. Once this has been removed, you will be able to access the components below, including the battery. The latter must be removed from its housing by disconnecting the power cables and unscrewing the appropriate fixing bolts. In this way it will be possible to insert a new battery, properly fixing it and connecting it to the relative cables, covering everything with the casing.
