How to Reset the Service Light on a Lancia Ypsilon

After performing scheduled maintenance or simply a service on your vehicle, it is necessary to reset the service warning light. On a Lancia Ypsilon, follow these steps: Turn on the ignition, put the gear lever in neutral without starting the engine. Press the accelerator pedal all the way down and hold it. With your left foot, press the brake pedal 7 times, and on the last press, hold it down for 60 seconds; Release the brake pedal and then the accelerator, and turn off the ignition; Wait 60 seconds before turning the ignition back on. Turn the ignition back on, and the service light will be gone.
