Removing the Lower Front Arm of a Freelander

In this video, learn how to remove the lower arm of a Land Rover Freelander. First, place the vehicle on a column lift and loosen the wheel nuts with a telescopic spanner. Then, raise the car to a comfortable height and remove the wheel. Use a socket spanner to undo the lower tightening bolt of the arm and the bolt mounted under the wheel hub (use an air impact wrench if necessary). Remove the arm from the pin housing with the help of a pry bar. Always compare the replacement parts with the new ones; if they are suitable, you can install them. Now, begin installing the new part: insert the arm into both ends of the guides and start tightening all the bolts on the threads shown in the video (attach the arm to the wheel hub and the other end to the chassis). Double-check that everything is tightened properly, then refit the wheel to complete the job.
