To remove the center console on a Land Rover Range Rover, use a tool like a screwdriver to pry up the coverings of the rear armrest pins: once these coverings are removed, loosen the screws that secure the pins and then you can also remove the rear air vents.

Now you can completely detach the armrest, then proceed to remove the coverings of the console; the new components can now be inserted so that everything can be secured.
