Continue prying until the plastics detach from the mirror (disconnect the power cable). Use a screwdriver to remove the screws to disconnect the mirror cover if you want to replace it. Replace the damaged part with the new one. Adjust the mirror once replaced with the old one. Use parts of the same size to replace the damaged mirror.
