To remove the front seat of the Land Rover Discovery, use a tool to pry off the covers located at the front and rear of the seat tracks: once these covers are removed, you can unscrew the underlying bolts, allowing you to disconnect the connector attached to the bottom of the seat.

At this point, you can remove the seat from the cabin, insert the new replacement part, and secure it with the bolts at the front and rear.
