To replace the battery in a Land Rover Evoque, open the hood to locate the bracket at the top of the compartment: this can be removed from its housing by unscrewing the screws that hold it in place, allowing access to the battery underneath. The battery can be extracted from its housing by disconnecting the power cables and loosening the screws that secure it: at this point, connect the new battery, securing it in its place, and then reinstall the bracket.
