If you need to replace the battery in your 2017 Lexus NX200 key, simply follow the instructions in this mini guide. First, locate the "Push" button on the side of the cover and press it. At the same time, remove the physical emergency key and then use it to open the cover. At this point, also remove the electronic component inside the key and proceed to replace the old exhausted battery with a new one (model CR2032). Finally, reassemble the key correctly.
