In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the rear door panel on a Lincoln MKX, a very simple and quick operation. First, go inside the cabin, then pry off the small indicated cover and, using a 6mm wrench, remove the bolt located inside the hole. Repeat the process on the side edge, unscrew the screws on the bottom side, and pry along the perimeter of the panel with a plastic spatula until it is completely detached. At this point, you can disconnect both the lock and the window regulator connector and install the replacement part if needed.
