The procedure for replacing the muffler on the Malaguti XSM 125 is done by loosening the screws that fix the exhaust terminal to its housing: these screws will be located on the rear fender, on the right side of the motorcycle. Once the screws have been loosened, it will be possible to proceed by widening the connecting clamp between the muffler and the exhaust manifold; in this way it will be possible to completely remove the old muffler, insert the new one and fix it properly in its seat to ensure that everything works correctly.
